Description

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP), through services provided by the HHS/Program Support Center intends to award a 13.5 month simplified acquisition. Under the terms and conditions of this acquisition, the successful offeror will provide targeted technical assistance and capacity building services to CSAP's substance abuse prevention and HIV/AIDS prevention program planning grantees in the area of revenue generating development services. These grantees are recently established private, nonprofit 501(c)(3) African-American, Hispanic/Latino, American Indian and Asian/Pacific Islander organizations in areas of high sero prevalence. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) will be issued approximately 15 days after this synopsis is issued and will be made available electronically at this address(es): http://www.eps.gov or http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Quotes will be due approximately 15 days after the solicitation is issued.=20
