Description

Notice of Intent. The U.S. Customs Service intends to procure a contractor to develope a video based assessment of interpersonal skills for entry-level officers. Contractors seeking consideration must demonstrate evidence that supports thorough experience with classical test theory and test development and specific assessment development for law enforcement positions. Plus the following skills: psychometric principles, Federal Merit System Principles, Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures.
