Description

The Internal Revenue Service, Kansas City Service Center, intends to issue a purchase order prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13.5-Test Program for Certain Commercial Items to the Kansas City Star, at 1729 Grand Boulevard, Kansas City, MO 64108, for classified newspaper advertisement for recruitment services, on a sole source basis. The North American Industry Classification System code is 541840; the small business size standard is $5.0 million. This is not a request for competitive proposal and NO solicitation is available. However, the Government will consider all proposals and capability statements received within fifteen (15) days after the publication date of this notice. Capability statements shall be detailed and shall include pricing schemes. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Telephone responses are not accepted and will not be honored. Any questions must be submitted in writing and faxed to 972/308-1928.
