Description

The USAID/CAR Regional Mission based in Almaty, Kazakhstan is seeking a qualified individual to provide professional actuarial expertise to assist us in achieving our goals and who has a real desire to use his or her professional qualifications and experience to assist a developing country by helping to develop and promote the actuarial profession on an international basis. Individuals and firms meeting any of the socio-economic programs (criteria) set forth in FAR 19 are strongly encourage to apply. U.S. Citizens and U.S. Permanent Residents are given preferential consideration in the source selection. The preferred method of distribution of USAID procurement information is via the Internet or by request of a solicitation on a 3.5 floppy disk (MS Word format). This CBD notice can be reviewed and downloaded using the Agency Web Site. The RFP can be downloaded from the Agency web site. The Worldwide Web address is http://www.info.usaid.gov.
