Description

Court reporting services for 7 seperate and 1 joing Regional Council Meetings being held September 11, 2001, through October 17, 2001, at remote locations throughout the state of Alaska, weather permitting. Meetings will consist of approximately 18 days, 8 hours a day, not counting travel time. Locations include: Barrow, Nome, Sand Point, Cantwell, Kotzebue, Anchorage, Naknek, and Yakutat. Requirements for all meetings include: 1) recording equipment used with audio tapes to build transcripts. Audio tapes to be kept and archived by court reporting agency; 2) public address system to include microphones and speakers; 3) original transcripts, single spaced, and a diskette of transcript formatted w/line numbers and page numbers to match hard copy within five working days of the meeting.
