Synopsis No. S-010006 -- The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision required to provide refuse removal services for three sites. These include the Navy Family Housing Complex, Saratoga Springs, NY where there are 200 housing units and several other buildings; MWR Facility in West Milton, NY; and Commissary and Exchange Buildings in Scotia, NY. The issue date for plans and specifications is 29 August 2001. Estimated cost range: Between $25,000 and $100,000. The NAICS code is 562219 and the size standard is $10.0 million. This solicitation is being issued Unrestricted. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(7), availability of the solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. Plans and specifications will NOT be directly provided in a paper hard copy format. The Government intends to issue this solicitation through the use of the Internet.
