Description

Modification to synopsis posted in May 9, 2000 Commerce Business Daily. Add a line item for upgrading up to 130 ea. Government-owned emergency oxygen subsystem assemblies. These assemblies will be upgraded to Dept of the Navy, NAVAIRSYSCOM Drawing No, 3516AS5900 Rev B configuration East/West Industries retains proprietary rights to the emergency oxygen subsystem assemblies and is the only source providing the emergency oxygen subsystem assemblies meeting the requirements of the E-2C Parachute Survival Ensemble drawing package. East/West was the manufacturer of the units to be upgraded. Delivery Schedule for the upgrade: 60 days after date of award with early and partial shipments acceptable. In addition, revise the subsystem assembly configuration to the current drawing Rev B designation. Delivery of the complete assembly: 270 days after date of award with early and partial shipments acceptable. FOB: Destination. Delivery destinations will be specified in the contract. Amendment to the Solicitation will be issued on or about August 24, 2001 and will be available through the China Lake 2.0 Contracts Competency homepage at http://www.nawcwpns.navy.mil/~contract/homepubl.htm. Anticipate award by September 23, 2001. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by the Agency.
