- The U.S. Coast Guard intends to negotiate, and award a sole-source Simplified Acquisition to RayMarine Inc. Dept. CH10201, Palitine, IL 60056, for the following replacement items and subsystem components. 1) M92650 2KW Raydome 6 EA. 2) A2202 ST60 Depth Display Only 5 EA. 3) Z115 Bronze Thru-Hull Transducer 5 EA. 4) R58006 Magnetron 2 EA. 5) M95435 Speaker 5 EA. 6) MPGK03292A Antenna Support 4 EA. 7) W101 Radar Dome 2 EA. 8) E32003 Raystar 114 Combo GPS/DGPS Antenna/Receiver 11 EA. 9) E85001 NEMA/Seatalk Interface box 2 EA. 10) G263600-5 20XX Radar manual 1 EA. 11) M92708 Flush Mount Display 6 EA. 11) M92735 RL70CRC Chart/Radar Color Display, or equivalent. This last unit must have 7? TFT color display with dimensions of 8.8?X8?X6? to match existing installed equipment, minimum screen resolution of 640X480, waterproof to meet USCG CFR-46 standards, cursor echo between radar and chart on split screen and or separate displays connected via Seatalk, Man overboard feature which marks the place with a course line, readout shows range, bearing, latitude and Longitude of man overboard and time elapsed since MOB, ability to display 1000 waypoints entered via cursor, latitude and longitude, range and bearing from present position or at vessel?s position. All the above are for SAFE boats currently owned by the Coast Guard. These vessels currently have RayMarine electronics; the above parts are replacement parts or upgrades to existing equipment and must be compatible with the current RayMarine electronics packages. If no responses are received by close of business 28 August, with sufficient information to determine that another responsible source is available, negotiations will be conducted with RayMarine. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. The applicable NAICS code is 421690 and the small business size standard is 100 employees. The following notice is for informational purposes: Minority, Women-owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs). The Department of Transportation (DOT), Short-Term lending program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
