Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform masonry and concrete repairs on existing laboratory buildings located at the National Marine Fisheries Service, 212 Rogers Avenue, Milford, CT 06460. The repair work includes cutting out and replacing spalled, eroded and cracked masonry (cmu and brick), repairing mortar joints, removing loose paint, re-painting, patching cracked and spalled concrete and applying a water repellent coating on brickwork. The work is located in numerous areas on the Main Laboratory Building (a 3 story building) and the Laboratory Annex Building (a 2 sotry building). The Government estimate for the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Performance period is 45 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Place of Performance is the National Marine Fisheries Service, 212 Rogers Avenue, Milford, CT 06460. Payment Bonds are required. This is a 100% small business set-aside. All responsible small business sources may submit a quote which will be considered. Copies of the Request for Quotations will only be provided in response to written or faxed requests.
