Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Innovative Sports Training for equipment for the Gait and Balance Lab. Funds were a donated grant for the Reprogram purpose. This is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for Other Than Full and Open Competition. Motion Monitor Model 2008 with Forceplate; 8 magnet tracking sensors by Ascension Technology with extended range transmitter. Version 4.0 of The Motion Monitor software, including the Physical Therapy Application Suite, Bertec non-conductive forceplate with 4 gain amplifer, A/D software module, 16 channel computer boards DAS 1602-12 bit ISA board with BNC interface panel, PIII 800 mhz processor, 128 meg ram, 20 gigabyte hard drive, Windows 98 operating system. On-site installation and training. Shock-mount enclosure. Twelve month Maintenance and Subscription Agreement. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is sole source within the discretion of the Government.
