Description

The DVA Medical Center located in Birmingham, Alabama requires delivery of syringe/s of F-18 Fludeoxyglucose , 7-10 millicuries per dose; this will include a one (1) millicurie vial for use in calibration. Orders will be placed either by phone or via fax by noon one day prior to the scheduled appointment. Delivery will be made by 8:00 a.m.CST, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Doses will be pre-calibrated for 2:00 p.m. CST or as ordered. Annual dose usage is estimated at 130 doses. Contract period shall be from October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002 with four one-year options for renewal. Request for bid packages must be in writing to the above listed address or can be faxed to (205) 933-4489. Bid packages will be available on or about August 17, 2001.
