Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subparts 12.7 and 13.5. This announcement constitues the only soliciation and a written solicitation will not be issued. FAR Clauses 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5 and 52.204-6 are applicable. CURATION SHELVING -- The Curation Center at the Bureau of Land Management located in Billings, Montana, currently has UNICOR shelving and would like to place this existing shelving onto a movable track system per the following: room is approximately 60 feet by 23 feet with 9 foot ceilings and currently contains 12 rows of shelving, 2 workstations and a 12 foot work space in the center of the room. The floor is a poured concrete slab with a synthetic tile overlay. 1) the compact storage system must incorporate exisiting UNICOR shelving. Each unit measures 88" x 36" x 24". 2) Compact storage system should be divided into two module units, approximately 24' x 15', one for the west and the east ends of the room. 3) Each row is to consist of 5 units of shelving. 4) Compact storage module units need to accommodate existing work stations and the work space in the center of the room. 5) Weight capacity for the units need to accommodate up to 1400 pounds per unit. 6) Compact storage module units are to be manually operated. 6) Quote must include manufacture, delivery and installation. 7) Include delivery date for product as well as installation.
