Description

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service, Plant Protection and Quarantine, has a requirement for cut out racks which shall be delivered to the USDA, PPQ warehouse in Phoenix, Arizona. This procurement is to be set aside 100% for small business and will be awarded as a fixed price contract, FOB destination, PPQ warehouse in Phoenix, Arizona. The applicable NAICS code is 339111 with a small business standard of 500 employees. Request for Proposal 73-M-APHIS-01, will be released on or about 09/10/2001. For a copy of the solicitation, submit a written or faxed request stating name, address, telephone number, email and solicitation number. Fax requests to Contracting Section at (612) 370-2106. Telephone requests will not be accepted. This solicitation will be posted on the web site located at the bottom of this page. All proposals shall have the solicitation number placed on the front of the proposal envelope. Those offeror's who download the solicitation from the linkurl located on the bottom of this page, should send an email to the Contract Specialist stating that they have downloaded the solicitation. This will allow offeror's to be notified of amendments issued.
