Description

Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to MTS Systems Corporation, on other than full and open competitive basis, the purchase of 1 each MTS 407 Controller with rack mount shelf, AC conditioner, two DC conditioners, four shunt cal connector plugs, shunt cal resistor kit, 407 mating connector kit, pump interface box, voltage surge suppressor, ground cable, HPU cable, load cell cable, single valve cable, HSM cable, extensometer cable and 407 HPS/E-stop to 493.07 P1 cable and 2 each MTS 407 Controller with Rack mount shelf, AC conditioner, two DC conditioners, four shunt cal connector plugs, shunt cal resistor kit, 407 mating connector kit, pump interface box, voltage surge suppressor, ground cable, HPU cable, load cell cable, single valve cable, extensometer cable and 407 HPS/E-stop to 493.07 P1 cable. Sole source is based on compatibility to existing equipment at NRL. See note(s) 22.
