Description

Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to AJA International Inc., on other than full and open competitive basis, the purchase of 1 each Rapier RP-600 Sputtering System, 2 each 300 watt RF power supply, 1 each 100 watt RF power supply, 1 each manual throttle plate for pressure control, 1 each VAT automatic pressure controlling gate valve, 1 each upgrade to a 3 cubic feet per minute Varian dry mechanical pump, and 1 each additional A315 sputter source with shutter, gas ring, chimney and in-situ tilt. Sole source is based on unique requirements needed to meet critical missions of NRL. See note(s) 22.
