Description

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport, Rhode Island (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to purchase on a sole-source basis from Pyramid Vision Technologies, Princeton, NJ, Software Development Kits Stabilization & Mosaicing P/N A1-STAB, 1 each and Fusion & Enhancement P/N A1-FUSE, 1 each. These kits will provide software libraries for the development of a user interface to allow Real-time mosaic construction and to supply Multiple image fusion/combination. They must be Windows NT 4.0 compatible and have Windows NT 4.0 software drivers to support Acadia PCI Vision Accelerator board capabilities. Pyramid Vision Technologies is the only known source for these Software Development Kits because they must be compatible with the Acadia PCI Vision Accelerator board made by Pyramid.
