Description

The U.S. Army CECOM seeks offerors to provide services of a Program Manager for the Outreach Program with the Army Community Service (ACS). The Program Manager will maintain and operate the Eatontown, N.J. Services Satellite Outreach Centerlocated at 809 Pinebrook Road, Eatontown, NJ. Services will be on a full-time basis (40 hours per week) for the period of 01 Oct 2001 through 30 Sep 2002 and will include three one-year options. Offeror must have a knowledge of Department of the Army policy governing the ACS program and a wide variety of social service agencies for referral of soldiers and family members. Basic knowledge of direct customer services offered by all other ACS programs, such as Consumer Affairs and Financial Assistance, Family Advocacy, Family Employment Assistance, Information and Referral, Installation Volunteer and Relocation Assistance Programs is preferred. At least two (2) years of specialized experience is required. Proposed acquisition is 100 % Small Business set-aside.
