Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Sierra Pacific Network Consolidated Contracting Activity (CCA) is issuing a Commercial Item Solicitation in accordance with FAR Part 12.203 for the furnishing of three (3) one bedroom fully equipped kitchen suites to house Surgical Residents for the VA Sierra Northern Healthcare System, 1000 Locust St., Reno NV. Contractor shall provide all utilities, local telephone service, basic cable TV service and all furnishings. Provide daily trash removal and maid service. Units shall be wheelchair accessible and meet all requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Location of rooms must be within a 20-mile radius of the Reno VA. Contract period is October 1, 2001 or date of award if subsequent thereto, through June 30, 2002. Contract award is subject to availability of funds.
