This work includes reducing bedrock and oversized rock down to a specified size; watering, mixing, rolling, blading, and shaping of manufactured cushion material into a smooth, non-segregated road surface. The project is located on the Bitterroot National Forest, Ravalli County, Montana. Bids are due September 27, 2001. The estimated start work date is October 1, 2001. The performance period is approximately 425 calendar days. The estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
