DESCRIPTION: SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING DRAWINGS, WILL BE AVAILABLE ON CD ONLY. The work to be performed consists o f relocating the existing irrigation pump and intake for the Chief Timothy Habitat Management Unit (HMU) located near Clarkston, Washington. The work will include (1) Demolition of the existing pump compound; (2) Construction of a new pump compound; (3) R elocation of the existing 60-horsepower irrigation pump including electrical power and controls; (4) Construction of a new river intake with drum screen suspended from steel piling support. (5) Miscellaneous metal work, concrete work, chain-link fencing, 8 diameter steel piping, 8 diameter PVC piping, 8 diameter flex hose with cam couplers. Work must be completed by March 30, 2002. ADMIN INFO: THIS SOLICITATION IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES. The estimated cost range for this job is between $ 100,000 and $250,000. The standard industrial classification code (SIC) is 1629 and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 234990. The small business size standard is average annual receipts for the previous three fiscal years must not exceed $27,500,000.
