Description

Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and materials to perform supplying and delivering of concrete graveliners to Fort Gibson National Cemetery, 1423 Cemetery Road, Fort Gibson, OK 74434. Contract covers base period October 1, 2001 (or date of contract award, whichever is later), through September 30, 2002, with four 1-year options to extend the term of the contract through September 30, 2006. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 327390 and a size standard of 500 employees are applicable. All responsible small business sources may submit a quote. Request for a hard copy of the solicitation must be in writing to Mrs. Janice E. Corlew, Contract Specialist, and accompanied by a check or money order in the amount of Five Dollars ($5.00) (non-refundable), payable to "U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs." Please reference Solicitation Number IFB 786-36-01 on remittances. No telephone requests will be accepted. Hard copy solicitations will be issued via the ordinary mails on or about July 1, 2001.
