Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to enter into sole source negotiations with The Boeing Company, St. Louis, MO for A/C Engine Component Test Stand (AECTS) Quantity one (1) and Liquid Coolant Filtration Unit Quantity one (1). Required delivery is NLT 31 August 2002. The required procurement is in support of the AV-8B Program. The Government does not hold any proprietary rights to any drawing or specification to the AECTS or Liquid Coolant Filtration Unit. NAWCADLKE intends to procure this item under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation package will be available for this procurement. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. SEE NUMBER Notes 22
