- The Hawaii Army National Guard will be procuring Firefighting equipment (ie) coats, pants, gloves boots, etc. A Request for Quote will be mailed on or about 30 August 2001 to vendors who are interested in bidding. All vendors must be Central Contractor Registered. This bid is set aside for small business owned.
