Description

The USDA, ARS, Northern Plains Agricultural Research Laboratory, Sidney, Montana requires the production of a 30 minute documentary on rangeland health and the impact of invasive weeds have on the ecological and social well-being of grassland regions. Past performance and experience in producing documentaries for release on public television in North Dakota for the general public, appealing to land managers and decision makers in particular. This documentary shall be completed for release by Winter 2002. Contractor shall have access to public television distribution systems, such as NETA and shall have the ability to produce close captioned master in multiple formats including Beta SP, DigiCam, and DVD. The project will include all necessary field and post-production work to produce the documentary, and a distribution package to public television stations including press kit materials. This is a 100% set-aside for small business (NAICS 512199/Average Annual Receipts NTE $5.0 million last three fiscal years).
