Description

The Bureau of Prisons North Central Regional Office has a requirement for a single contractor to provide all dispensing equipment and "bag-in-the-box" soda of various flavors to numerous federal penal institutions located in the North Central and Mid Atlantic regions of the United States. Specific locations will be identified in the Reguest for Quotation. This will be a indefinite delivery indefinite quanity requirements contract. Estimated number of equipment needed is as follows: refrigerated dispensing units 65; pumps 175; chillers 40, carbonators 50, gauges, connecting flex lines and fittings 75. Estimated total beverage bag-in-the box soda quanities are 19,852.00 per year. It is anticipated the majority of soda purchased will be "cola" and diet cola". All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Price and past performance will be considered for evaluation purposes. This contract will be for the base year (estimated 10/1/2001 9/30/2002) with four option years. Only written quotations placed on the Standard Form 1449 will be be considered for an award. This is not a small business set aside.
