Description

Note 22 applies. This acquisition is for international broadcast rights for television programming from Sesame Workshop,who is the exclusive rights holder for the programs to be acquired. The broadcast rights are for an estimated 600 hours of off-the-shelf prgramming which will be delivered to the American Forces Radio and Television Service Broadcast Center located at 1363 Z St., Bldg. 2730, March ARB, CA 92518-2017. The resulting contract will be a sole source requirements contract with a basic and four options years. The solicitation is for commercial items and is prepared in compliance with FAR Part 12. The NAICS code is 512120. Offers are due on or before 31 AUG 2001 no later than 2:00 pm (Pacific).
