Description

The VA Healthcare Network Upstate New York's (VISN 2) stated goal is to achieve a stated readiness through implementation of the Joint Commisssion's (JCAHO) important functions. The VA is seeking to contract with a contractor to assist VISN 2 in its education and consultation needs throughout the course of the upcoming survey cycle (Oct. 2001-Dec. 2003) The project shall be presented in quarterly phases, and encompass both customized education and consultation services designed to assist VISN 2 in achieving and maintaining constant readiness for survey through implementation of patient care organizational functions. Requests for Proposals will be available o/a August 20, 2001. Interested parties MUST SUBMIT A WRITTEN REQUEST ONLY. NO telephone requests will be accepted.
