Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F45613-01-Q-A017 is issued as a request for quote, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 713990. Small business size standard is $5M. This is a small business set-aside. Unit Small Business Specialist is Mr. David Olson (509-247-4880); link to USAF Small Business, http://www.selltoairforce.org; link to SBA http://sba.gov: link to unit public information: http://www.fairchild.af.mil/lgcons. The contractor shall serve as an Aerobics Instructor at the Fitness Center at Fairchild AFB, WA providing fifteen one-hour aerobics classes per week, Monday thru Friday, scheduled at 6:00 AM, 11:00 AM, and 5:00 PM; times are subject to change in the future. The contract will consist of a Base Year plus one Option Year, beginning 1 Oct 01 thru 30 Sep 02.
