Description

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has a requirement for designing and developing an interactive course entitled "Safety Survival Skills". The course shall include interactive activities and features developed using Coastal Clarity format. The final deliverables shall include an intranet version using ClarityNet and a CD-ROM version using Coast Clarity Administrator. Quotes will be requested under Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Part 13. QUALIFIED VENDORS MUST DEMONSTRATE THE CAPABILITY TO DEVELOP THIS CLASS TO FUNCTION UNDER THE COASTAL CLARITY FORMAT AND UTILIZE THE "COASTAL CLARITY ADMINISTRATOR." Only written or email requests for the Request For Quote (RFQ) No. 2001-Q-00183 will be honored (email is the preferred method). Email requests shall be sent to LMickle@cdc.gov. No telephone requests will be accepted. The RFQ will only be available in electronic format at http://www.fedbizopps.gov, on or about August 29, 2001. The expected date scheduled for receipt of quotations is September 11, 2001. Only those vendors who can provide a "turnkey" product need respond. A firm-fixed priced purchase order will be issued to the vendor whose products provide the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered.
