Description

The U.S. Customs Service intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, a contract with Skytek, Inc., 4926-C Eisenhower Avenue, Alexandria, VA 22304. Skytek, Inc., is the developer of proprietary components of the subject workstations. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, and no formal solicitation package is available. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in the preparation of responses to this announcement. See numbered Note 22. Note 22 is modified to read "10 days" in lieu of "45 days."
