Description

DESC: The Naval Oceanographic Office has a requirement for 12 each, drifting surface floats for shallow-water applications that provide velocity, temperature, and salinity observations, Brightwaters float or equal. Quotes on equal product must be accompanied with descriptive literature. Failure to submit literature may result in disqualification. This requirement is 100 percent set-aside for small business. The purchase order type will be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a quotation and all quotations received by the closing date specified herein shall be considered by the agency. To be considered, the quotations must meet the agency's requirements as specified in the salient characteristics.
