Description

Provide quarterly inspections, preventative maintenance and calibration of anesthesia equipment as listed below: Also, Provide quarterly GAS TRACE ANALYSIS for THREE(3)rooms per quarter. All equipment located at VA Roseburg Healthcare System, 913 NW Garden Valley Blvd., Roseburg, OR. 97470. PM's and service shall be in accordance with Maintenance guide, Section 1E, Modulus Anesthesia Machine (Rev. 1/83). Anesthesia Checklist, Maintenance guide, Section 1-L, Anesthesia Ventilator and copies of Maintenance Visit Reports signed by the Anesthesiologist are to be provided. Service Technician to report to Facilities Support Service prior to and at the completion of work and to schedule all maintenance during normal business hours, (Mon Fri., 8:00 4:30) All pricing shall be an all inclusive rate of per diem, travel and price cost.
