Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. FUNDS ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT, HOWEVER, REQUEST FOR FUNDING IS INCLUDED IN THE FY 01 END OF YEAR SPEND PLAN. AWARD IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDS BECOMING AVAILABLE ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 30TH, 2001. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis. A quotation is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F43CMX12220100 is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Business concerns, and is under NAICS code 811118, which has a small business size standard of $5,000,000. This requirement is for the following items: 1. Rear A/C Unit Model#U6034 Qty-13 EACH 2. Hose Kit Model#HK 1 Qty-13 EACH 3. Refrigerant Model#R134a Qty-As Needed=09 4. Installations Qty-13 EACH The above units are to be installed in 6 each 1997 Chevy G30 Metro Vans, 6 each 1999 Chevy G30 Metro Vans, and 1 each 2000 Chevy G30 Metro Van, a total of 13 vehicles. Suggested source is Auto Air of Oklahoma at 300 S. Miller OKC, OK 73108. Brand name or equal.
