Refer to notes: 22 and 26. Ram, Hydraulic Cylinder Assembly. 27.5 IN. retracted length, 490 in. extended lenght. Exception data for drawing CS-4320-0347: 1. Include one incease adapter 1/4 NPT male to 3/8 NPT female per SAE J514, P?N 140139. 2. The hydraulic ram assemblies are to be hydraulically tested at 6600 PSI +/-2%for 30 minutes. a loss in PSI of 5% or more over the time of the test is considered unacceptable. All hydraulic ram are to conform to the dimensional, material, and specification requirements of the drawing and contract. Used on ground support equipment B4 & B5 maintenance stands. Marking per MIL-STD-130; NSN: 4320-00-876-1268, PR:IQC01211000002,ESt. qty. base year 1024 ea. various quantities delivered to various locations. I/A/W DSCC (cage 16236) drawing number CS4320-0347 and all requirements and exceptions of the current solicitation. The proposed procurement will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract(IQC)and will contain an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the description of the government. The total contract period shall not exceed five years. This should be a small business set-aside. While price may be a significant factor in evalution of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This notice serves as a pre-solicitation notice of the intent to solicit the NSN for a Indefinite Quantity contract with one base year and four option years.
