NSN: 4820-00-119-3761; Part Number 11783927, The item to procure is a Valve, Bleeder, Hydraulic System. It is a spec controlled item and is fabricated from stainless steel. Item requires an operating pressure of 3500 PSIG, proof of 7000 PSIG, and burst of 14000 PSIG. Overall approximate size is 1 inch by 1 inch by 1/2 inch. Inlet is .31-24UNF-3A THD. Outlet is .19 diameter. Suggested source of supply on drawing is Fluid Regulators Corp (CAGE 98939). Requirements are 965 ea Valve, Hydraulic Bleeder. FOB is Destination. For use on the M109 Howitzer. The proposed contract will include a 100 percent option. Proposed contract is 100% small business set-aside. Estimated issue date is 24 Aug 01. All or a part of this action is an unfunded FY01 requirement. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c) therefore hardcopies will not be provided.
