Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability for providing residential Community Corrections Center (CCC) services for male and female Federal offenders in the Rochester, New York area. Residential services include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, including subsistence. The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work entitled, Community Corrections Center (CCC) dated August 2001. This is a firm-fixed unit price requirements type contract. The services are estimated to be 86% male and 14% female. The estimated number of inmate days 16,060 for the two-year base period; 8,395 inmate days for option year one; 8,760 inmate days for option year two; and 9,125 inmate days for option year three, respectively. The solicitation will be available on or about October 19, 2001, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportnities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions.
