Description

Provide Physical Therapist Services at the South Texas Veterans Health Care System (STVHCS), Kerrville Division located at 3600 Memorial Blvd., Kerrville, Texas 78028 as follows: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12 noon and Tuesday and Thursday from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. for a total of twenty hours a week. The NAICS code is 621999. This procurement in accordance with FAR 2.101, Definitions meets the criteria of a commercial item. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The contract period is 11/01/01 through 10/31/02 with a provision for two (2) one year option renewals. Request for Proposal (RFP) packages will be available on September 05, 2001.
