Description
This is a request for information only as defined in FAR 15.201(e). The government does not presently intend to award a contract, but wants to obtain capabilities information for planning purposes. This is a request for information only. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Air Expeditionary Force Battlelab is seeking information and capabilities for providing a system/rack that would allow easier deployment of Alternate Mission Equipment (AME). Specifically under wing launchers/adapters for F-15 and F-16 aircraft. Requirements of this system include but are not limited to: 1. Allow for easy roll on/roll off capability with existing 463L aircraft pallets. 2. Able to accommodate the existing pallet load without exceeding height and weight limitations. 3. AME must be securable for flight within cargo aircraft and prevent equipment damage. 4. Easy to load and maintain. The system should meet our charter requirements to make the Air Force Lighter, Leaner, and more Lethal.
