This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Fisher Healthcare to provide 2 each Biosite Triage Meters #55001; BNP tests, Kit Number 1398000, Controls #98001 and Cal-Vers (#98002) for the period of 24 months for the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa, FL. This is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for Other Than Full & Open Competition. The anticipated date of award is September 1, 2001. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
