Description

This solicitation is issued for commercial services and is prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, Subpart 12.6 and Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The NAICS code is 561720-Janitorial Services, the size standard is $12 million, and the solicitation is 100% Set Aside for Small Business. Provide all supervision, labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform janitorial / custodial services at DFAS Dayton 1050 Forrer Blvd Dayton OH 45420-1472. The contract period is for one year (10-01-01 through 09-30-02) with four one-year options to extend the term of the contract. The solicitation will be issued on or about August 21, 2001 on the internet through the Electronic Posting System (EPS) at www.eps.gov or www.fedbizopps.gov. Written amendments will not be issued. Notification of any changes to the solicitation (amendments) will be made only on the internet.
