Description

This announcement serves as a notice of intent to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The government intends to negotiate and award to Water Education Foundation for supplies and services to provide educational material on Nevada's water issues. This material will be provided to the U.S. Dept of Interior, Bureau of Reclamation,Mid Pacific Region. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $100,000. This will be the only official notice prior to award of order. The anticipated award date is September 4, 2001. All inquiries must be addressed in writing to the Contracting Officer at MP-3800, 2800 Cottage Way, Room E-1815, Sacramento, CA 95825-1898. Inquiries shall be received no later than August 27, 2001.
