Description

Contractor shall furnish 24 hour hired car services for the beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Asheville, North Carolina in accordance with contract specifications. Proposals will be considered only from contractors who are regularly established in the business called for and who are financially responsible and have the necessary equipment and personnel to furnish service in the volume required and meet the one(1) hour response time for all the items listed in the specifications. Subcontracting is not allowed. Contract covers a period of one(1) year October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002 and may be extended for two (2) additional years, subject to the availability of funds. The NAICS Code is 485991.
