Description

The Government intends to procure through FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION the production of MINIMUM of 3 and MAXIMUM of 120 Intel Broadcast Receivers (IBR). The Contractor shall develop the IBR Line Replaceable Units (LRU). The Contractor shall provide IBR LRU embedded software required to meet the IBR Performance Specification and utilize the Government SPAWAR Tactical Receive Segment (TRS). The Contractor shall develop the IBR LRU using the COTS internal cards, including the Government developed Embedded National Tactical Receiver (ENTR). Also, the Contractor shall be responsible for the refinement of the IBR to meet AMCOM full box qualification testing requirements. Moreover, the Contractor shall research, select, and recommend from available Intel SATCOM antennas. The Contractor shall analyze and recommend aircraft mounting location for the antenna. The Contractor shall then assist in A-Kit provider's initial installation and test of the IBR with antenna. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that shall be considered by the agency.
