Description

The U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command proposes to on other than full and open competitive basic, RFI Sensor Radome Replacement Kits to support the RFI on the AH-64D Longbow Apache Helicopter. Effort is to procure Sensor Radome Replacement Kits that will be used for issue to US Army AH-64D units through normal US Army Supply requisitioning procedures. The contractor shall assemble all the required parts, to provide a complete Radome Replacement Kit to the US Government. The Government intends to utilized a Firm Fixed Priced Price delivery order to Contract DAAJ09-97-C-0124/P00036. This is a sole source requirement to Lockheed Martin System Integration-Owego, 1801 State Route 17C, Owego, N.Y. Only LMSI have the technical expertise and experience necessary t o execute the Radome Replacement Kits to support this requirement for the RFI. Under the Authority and Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition of 10 U.S.C.(c)(1), only one source or a limited number of responsible sources are able to satisfy agency requirements. No soliciation will be issued. Interested parties should identify themselves in writing to Contracting Officer/Specialist. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. See Number Note(s)22.
