3120-01-156-3671, ARG01222046515, Sleeve Bearing. This is a Configuration Controlled Item with acceptable sources. The OEM is McDonnell Douglas Helicopter (02731) part number 7-311411164 Revision D. There are five acceptable sources: Apex Mfg Co. (2V343), El-Co Machine Products Co. Inc. (26771), W&G Machine Co. (33682) Fenn Mfg. Co. (82001), and Purdey Corp (15152). Also, AVMCOM STDP 7-311411164 Revision E is required. See numbered Notes 23 & 26. Unrestricted. ABVS applies. FOB Destination. Inspection/Acceptance at Origin with Quality Assurance Provison (B02). Flight Safety Critical Aircraft Part and Certificate of Quality Conformance apply. Critical Item. Requested delivery of 150 DARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This RFP will be solicited as a fixed price long term contract (Indefinite Quantity Contract) with a base year and four option years. The estimated annual quantity will be 2040 each with a guaranteed minimum of 340 each. Deliveries are estimated to be split between the east coast and west coast. Solicitation issue date is September 12, 2001.
