PRON: AX1C0480AX, NSN: 4810-01-323-5236, PN: 145HS752-3, Quantity 85 each min/200 each max, this will be a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity requirement, applicable to the CHINOOK. F.O. B. Destination with deliveries to Texarkana, TX. This item is restricted to Tactair Fluid Controls Inc., 4806 West Taft Road, Liverpool, NY 13088, Pall Aeropower Corporation, 5775 Rio Vista Drive, Clearwater, FL 33760-3137 and The Boeing Company, Boeing Helicopter, Route 291 & Stewart Ave., Ridley Park, PA 19078-1099. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing dated stated above. All offerors must meet prequalifica tion requirements in order to be eligible for award. The required delivery is due is 85 each 270 DACA. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD- STD-100. This acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the arms export control act (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) or the export administration act (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) executive order 121470. This information cannot be released outside the United State without prior approval of the Government. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
