This is a combined/synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation N00259-01-T-0041- is issued as request for quotations (RFQ). Award will be made on PRICE, TECHNICAL CAPABILITY AND PAST HISTORY. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 97-27. This award will be for the base period commencing 1 Oct 2001 through 30 Sept 2002, for KODAK ECTASCAN 2180 LASER PRINTER, BCN: 22120,SER# 2122 1 EA, From (MONDAY-SUNDAY 8am-5pm), 24 hrs., 4-5 CONNECTIONS, AND SER# 2881, BCN: 20394 1 EA, FROM (MONDAY-FRIDAY 8am-10pm), 4-5 CONNECTIONS, FOR ON SITE FULL SERVICE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT ON LISTED GOV'T OWNED EQUIPMENT INCLUDING ALL PARTS, LABOR, TRANSPORTATION AND UNLIMITED MAINTENANCE CALLS, TO BE BILLED AND PAID QUARTERLY IN ARREARS. Offerors other than Eastman Kodak (OEM) must provide 3 references who have received, within the previous two years, service for the equipment specified additionally, technicians must be OEM certified.
