Description

SPAWAR Systems Center Charleston intends to negotiatie a sole-source requirement with Windermere Information Technology Systems, 401 Defense Highway, Annapolis, MD 21401. Services shall include available cleared and certified personnel with Material and available Facilities that are Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) certified to perform secure networking and telecommunications systems design architecture for TEMPEST, EMI/EMC and INFOSEC/COMSEC Engineering & Field Design. Personnel shall be certified TEMPEST professionals Level I & II dedicated to TEMPEST and Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC/EMI) test and evaluation per MIL-STD-461C/D/E. Manpower shall be cleared and certified in-house to test, certify and validate systems at multiple sites at the same time. Cleared and certified personnel shall also be made available to support surveys, test beds, certifications and validation of system installations on ship and shore sites at multiple sites at the same time. Manpower shall be made available in-house with certifications and clearances up to Top Secret ready to start immediately. A Cost Plus Fixed Fee type contract is anticipated.
