- The Department of Veteras Affairs Medical Center, 50 Irving Street NW, Washington, DC 20422 intends to negotiate a sole source procurment with SaniPak Inc. for a lease with option to purchase (1) refurbished SaniPak Trash Sterilizer System. This is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. No solicitation pakackage is available and requests are not being solicitated. See Note 22.
