Description

This is a notice of intent to issue RFQ-EASC 01-23 on a sole source basis under statutory authority 41 USC 253 (c) (1) , Only one responsible source, to Axys Environmental Systems, P.O. Box 2219, Sidney, British Columbia, Canada V8L 3S8. Cont ractor shall provide a Triaxys Directional Wave Buoy, Digital Data Receiver. Waveview Software, GPS w/ Watch Circle Alarm, V HF/UHF Telemetry, Argos Watch Circle Alarm, Internal Data Logger and a 15 meter mooring Bungee. Buoys shall have solar powe red operation for long term deployments, small size, easily deployed, radio data transmission, one year data logging capabil ity, rugged, Argos off-station relocation option, three linear and three angular accelerometers that measure all possible bu oy motions, spherical buoy shape, widespread National and International user base, and on board FFT data processing.
